The Daily
• Partner with other stakeholders to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Gathers operational data from various cross functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
• Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analysis that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.
• Evaluate, analyse, and communicate requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.
• Identify data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
• Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to VP of Content and various organizational stakeholders.
• Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Get involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis.
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioural insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings.
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
• Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and establish and organize KPIs in line with organisation's directives.
• Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies.

The Essentials
• Graduate degree or equivalent in liberal arts, MBA from a premium institute.
• Has a keen interest in the business of storytelling.
• Keep up to date with the global trends.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, preferably within a digital business.
• Advanced process management skills, organized and detail oriented.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong business acumen, a proven track record as a team player that brings to the position exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and sound judgment.
• Curious about learning and developing new skillsets.
• Positive outlook with a can-do mindset.
• Deep experience with managing budgets.
• The ability to present findings in a polished way.
• Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning.
