The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Project Manager for the MSC - Project Management department.

The Daily
• Roadmap planning and maintenance for critical MSC initiatives for HBO Max, strategic initiatives, global unification and required compliance projects.
• Ensures alignment for MSC annual capital and operating budgets against project works.
• Opens ACES for technology projects
• Manages resources and forecasting activities in Clarity financial project management system
• Managing and organizing technology project work across a variety of settings as needed
• Facilitates all aspects of large weekly cross-functional meetings
• Oversees the MSC project management project status meeting
• Utilizing effective meeting management skills to initiate, develop agenda, conduct, and provide minutes so that all appropriate parties are kept up-to-date regarding analysis decisions, project status and issues.
• Conducting analysis, gathering requirements, and documenting user stories for MSC.
• Responsible for removing impediments across the project teams to deliver in support of MSC goals and strategic direction.
• Understanding all aspects of the Agile project lifecycle and SCRUM methodology.
• Building strong relationships among the business and IT team, managing customer expectations and translating needs into business solutions.

The Essentials
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Project management with the ability to deliver high quality software solutions.
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills to identify implicit, unstated, and unrecognized requirements.
• Understanding of application interface/user-centered designs.
• Keen understanding of software technology and various software development tools.
• Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Superior verbal and written communications skills.

• Logical understanding of how the system functionality interacts or changes with existing system modules, interfaces, etc.
• At least 6 years or experience in software development, business analysis, project management and system lifecycle development.
• At least 3 years of Agile/SCRUM experience.
• Ability to ''think out of the box'' and develop creative solutions.
• Must demonstrate proactive customer service skills.
• Energetic, shows passion and is vested into project work.
