Product Experience, Product Manager

NOTE: this is not a people manager role.

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager with a focus on Core Product Experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring HBO Max and Discovery+ Brazil product strategies and the successful rollout of Max in 39 countries in Latin America. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional groups, including key regional teams and stakeholders and Global Product Teams, including Content Discovery, Internal Tools, Personalization, Search and App Store Optimization (ASO).

This permanent position will assist in developing and optimizing Core user journeys, helping the team to ensure a seamless user experience and drive engagement and retention growth. Focus on creating compelling digital experiences that not only meet business & marketing needs but also push the product into innovative territory above and beyond the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advocate for first in class user experiences, following product guidelines and rational.

2. Define and prioritize business requirements consisting of epic charters, user stories, and functional requirements.

3. Embed with LATAM Merchandising team and manage a backlog of feature requests and improvements to our tools.

4. Play a strategic position being the connection between regional and global teams, ensuring local needs and opportunities are properly prioritized and part of a global product

5. Stablish key partnerships with Regional and Global teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet regional strategies by understanding, prioritizing, and developing local solutions and product enhancements
6. Collect and analyze user feedback from LatAm market, identify trends, and communicate insights to the product team to drive product enhancements.
7. Continuously assess and optimize the Core user experience across all devices and platforms, to improve engagement rates and customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional and Global stakeholders and partners, to align on priorities and initiatives with broader product objectives.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
10. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for Core Product Experiences, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
11. Contribute to the improvement of methodologies and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Business Design or a related field.
- Product Manager working experience
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools
