Role Overview:
The Paid Media Planner - Ad Ops & Logistics is a core member of the Subscriber Acquisition organization, partnering cross‑functionally across Paid Media Operations, Martech, Reporting, and Regional Strategy. This role focuses on operational excellence within paid media-spanning billing, ad ops trafficking, taxonomy creation, and creative briefing-to ensure flawless, scalable campaign execution across global markets.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with 3+ years of experience in paid media, has strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. They bring a growth mindset, a strong understanding of the paid media landscape, and an ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• US Paid Media Operations & Support: Serve as a key operational partner to the US Campaign Management and Strategy team, supporting day‑to‑day campaign execution and billing workflows.
• Paid Media Reporting: Support the reporting cadence across US-Paid Media, utilising tools such as Looker and Datorama to deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, trends, and optimization efforts.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with Regional Marketing teams to ensure paid media efforts align with broader promotional strategies.
• Creative Leadership & Global Alignment: Act as the creative point‑of‑contact for paid media, managing briefs, asset workflows, and delivery while ensuring global consistency and supporting regional localization and best‑practice sharing.
• Performance Insights & Optimization: Partner with media and analytics teams to evaluate creative effectiveness and drive data‑informed optimization across markets.

Skills and Experience:
• Experience with paid billing platforms (Ariba, SAP, PeopleSoft); with knowledge of how to create POs and reconcile payments.
• Prior experience in driving acquisition efforts or media strategy within fast-paced, direct-to-consumer, subscription environments that deliver results.
• Knowledge of Monday.com, Campaign Manager 360, Claravine, Microsoft suite.
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
