Job Description
The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will lead the lifecycle marketing strategy for HBO Max for our high-risk audience cohorts. You will lead efforts to identify and re-engage subscribers exhibiting unhealthy usage patterns or signs of churn risk. You'll develop targeted, data-driven journeys across CRM and other channels that nudge these customers towards healthier engagement habits, helping them rediscover value in the service and ultimately improving retention.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Define and track signals of high-risk engagement (Viewing frequency, content diversity, binge behaviors) and create programs to positively alter customer behaviors.
• Liaison with partner marketing teams and partner platforms to continuously push for enhancement to communication channels within partner environments and within our owned environments
• Develop the strategy for lifecycle programs across the customer lifecycle, delivering best-in-class communication and experiences that increase engagement and retention rates for HBO Max
• Brief in all campaign strategies and work with Design, Copy, Project Management, and CRM Ops on campaign execution
• Identify untapped opportunities to engage with our customers during their lifecycle by working cross-functionally with MarTech, Partner Marketing, Monetization, Engagement, Creative and CRM Ops
• Implement testing roadmap & strategy to continually optimize lifecycle programs, including identifying opportunities for A/B testing
• Continuously monitor existing campaign results to identify new optimizations
• Effectively communicate learnings and results to leadership and partner stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience…
• 5+ years' experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role
• Experience evaluating and optimizing toward specific subscriber lifecycle KPIs (engagement, retention)
• Effective communicator, presenter, influencer with a highly collaborative style
• Highly developed organizational, planning and analytical capabilities
• Excited by working in a fast-paced environment with excellent troubleshooting and QA skills - strong attention to detail essential
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Passion for entertainment is a plus

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
