HBO Max™ is WarnerMedia's direct-to-consumer streaming platform, offering best in class quality entertainment. HBO Max features the greatest array of storytelling for all audiences from the iconic brands of HBO, Warner Bros., DC, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Turner Classic Movies and more. The platform launched in the United States in May 2020 and introduced a lower priced, advertising-supported tier in June 2021. HBO Max began its global rollout launching in markets across Latin America and the Caribbean this summer, followed by its first European launches in the Nordics and Spain. It has been announced that HBO Max will continue its European expansion for a global reach of 67 countries in 2022.

The Job

As Junior Web Developer, Digital Creative Services for HBO Max EMEA, your focus is on building newsletters, digital display ads, social media campaigns. Your client will be the CRM, Display and Social Media teams. You adhere to the execution of the delivery calendar and make sure all assets arrive in time for campaign implementations.

You will work on a customer-focused team designing high performance digital communications created to support Growth Marketing.

The Digital Creative Services team is a mix of professionals with expertise in branding and performance focused on the full-funnel customer experience. We're looking for talented team members who understand the power of brand and design as well as KPI's, call-to-action and promotion within digital advertising channels.

The Daily
• Full stack development to create digital campaign assets for the CRM, Display and Social Media teams
• Develop creative ad assets for a variety of digital channels: HTML5 banners, banners (display and programmatic), social media, email, landing pages; using various customer communication formats, including static, rich media and videos
• Share knowledge of industry best practices with the team.
• Collaborate in an efficient way with other areas, including but not limited to acquisition, social media, email, mobile, hbomax.com, experiential and in-app, offering innovative solutions to solve various creative and technical problems.

The Essentials
• Demonstrated full stack web developer experience; understanding of HTML5, JavaScript & CSS.
• Troubleshooting and problem solver in digital media related issues.
• Experience in building video, animated (rich media) and static banners
• Basic knowledge of Liquid code
• Strong attitude for building effective relationships in a fast-paced, constantly changing and deadline driven environment as an energetic, positive and 'roll up your sleeves' collaborator
• A love of television and social media, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends
• Excellent command of English.

The Nice-to-Haves
• Basic knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and DoubleClick Studio Platforms
