CRM Campaign Specialist

Job Description

The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns for both HBO Max and discovery+. S/he is a CRM operations professional who is detail-oriented, truly passionate about CRM, and has excellent campaign management skills.

YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• End-to-end campaign management, including:
• Recommend best practice for audience segmentation and set up method to launch a successful marketing program or campaign
• Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze and/or Blueshift platforms
• Routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders
• Tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board
• Deploying campaigns in Braze and/or Blueshift
• Partner closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectives
• Partner closely with creative, MarTech, and legal to fulfill campaign requests.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Min. 2 years of experience in CRM operations including audience segmentation, and working with email and push channels; in-app messaging or further channel experiences are a plus
• Experience working with enterprise-level ESP tools; Braze or Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing, and email or push channels best practices
• Experience in managing projects through Monday.com, Asana, JIRA or a similar platform experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to liaise with creative, marketing and business teams
• Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Fluency writing and speaking in English is required
• Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload efficiently
