Job Description

The primary purpose of this role will be to manage a team of Creative Producers. You will supervise, direct and occasionally offer hands-on support for the production of creative assets (e.g. promos, trailers, multiplatform video formats) across WarnerMedia brands and services. Working closely and proactively with other members of the in-house agency, this role focuses on managing a team of creatives ensuring their professional growth and the quality of their delivered projects.

The Daily:
• Leading a team of Creative Producers, overseeing their work and professional growth
• Overseeing and leading the ideation of promotional assets supporting brand, content, marketing, and commercial strategies and helping the clients achieve their goals whilst raising the bar in creative innovation.
• Supervising the end-to-end video production, including:
• Script/copy writing
• Video/music editing
• VO directing
• End page/subtitles/on-screen graphics creation
• Very close collaboration within the Agency across all verticals – tapping into specialised skills and nuanced knowledge (audiences, cultures, platform specifics etc)
• Scoping and planning of the team's work ensuring appropriate resourcing
• Client and departmental communication and collaboration; pitching to senior staff

The Essentials:
• Proven experience producing high quality creative within the media industry, or advertising/creative/digital agency
• Proven people management skills and experience; ability to coach others and help them grow
• Experience working across a variety of audiences and touchpoints
• Proficient use of video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and creative suites like Adobe Premiere Pro (or a similar), After Effects, etc.
• Experience supervising voiceover recordings and the entire production process of any On-Air and Off-Air content, as well as directing shoots for promos
• Creative thinking and problem solving with a good sense of design and media trends
• Deep understanding of brands and marketing goals in creative assignments
• Proven creative project management and organisation experience
• Fluent English, other European languages a plus
• Ability to present and pitch creative work to senior clients and management
