The Job
The Community Manager is a critical member of the Social Media team that works alongside a group of content creators and developers, collaborating on content deployment strategies on HBO Max social platforms, and also a key player on original content development. This is an ideal role for a Social Media savvy professional, passionate about entertainment, who can organically represent a fandom and identify conversation trends. Also a deep knowledge of how Social Media platforms function and evolve is key. Editorial judgment, copy-writing skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
The Daily
• Schedule and monitor published content.
• Manage and feed content calendars.
• Reply to comments from followers, potential users, influencers, talent
• Identify opportunities to elevate conversation volume vía organic and reactive community management.
• Deliver insights about trends and current conversational topics.
• Track platform updates
The Essentials
• 3 to 4 years of proven community management skills for major entertainment brands.
• Excellent copywriting skills in Spanish
• Fluency in English
• Strong Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
• Deep understanding of Social Media platforms
• Creative skills for content ideation
• Well versed in Monitoring and Reporting
