Job Description
The Campaign Management Specialist oversees the end-to-end creation and delivery of thousands of marketing assets each year for HBO/HBOMax across linear, streaming, social, paid media, and off-channel platforms. Partnering with internal producers, agencies, and vendors, this role ensures all assets move seamlessly through production while aligning with the Originals Marketing team on campaign timelines and milestones. By managing this process, the Specialist plays a critical role in keeping promotional video assets and marketing campaigns on schedule, on budget, and optimized for every distribution platform.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Work closely with the Campaign Management Director to ensure all projects and tasks are executed successfully, and on schedule.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and key beats across assigned campaigns.
• Work with Originals Marketing, Marketing A/V, Promo Planning and Scheduling to gather campaign requirements and overall marketing strategy.
• Schedule, run and recap various production, strategy, and tactical meetings.
• Work with multiple cross-functional teams at a time to oversee the management and execution of their custom content.
• Manage and track asset timelines, content restrictions, platform requests, and end-to-end delivery of all assets.
• Main liaison for agencies, overseeing asset workflows with Marketing A/V and post-production vendors to meet deadlines and delivery requirements.
• Onboard new agencies and manage the execution and delivery of all agency assets.
• Work with the Originals Marketing team to manage brand collaborations that promote the show, including events, activations, creative assets, product releases, and all partnership related communications.
• • Partner with the finishing team and Marketing A/V to finalize all core deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience…
• A minimum of 3-4 years relevant project management experience in the media/entertainment field
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com and/or Airtable
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and flexibility
• Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice
• Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, ability to think strategically and solve problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface at senior levels within and outside the organization; ability to lead cross-functional team meetings
• Knowledge of post-production concepts
• Experience with paid advertising and new media platforms preferred
