KSWO, Lawton, OK, is looking for a full-time Technical Media Producer (TMP) that can thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven work environment. The TMP is responsible for directing live and pre-recorded productions utilizing Ross Over Drive automation software. The TMP is also responsible for monitoring the station's on-air signals, transmitter, and FCC logs as well as segmenting and ingesting daily programming and commercials. The successful candidate enjoys problem solving, possess strong communication and organizational skills and can perform well under pressure. The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented team player that is eager to learn and willing to be challenged.
Technical media producers (TMP) are a mix of master control operator (MCO) and technical director (TD). Regular responsibilities include coding newscasts and cut ins, directing newscasts and cut ins, maintaining studio equipment, fulfilling graphic requests, live shot coordinating, writing discrepancy reports, ingesting programming, segmenting programming, monitoring on air signal, maintaining logs and performing other duties as assigned. In addition to the attention to detail required by an MCO, this position also requires a close working relationship with news producers to create and execute dynamic, fast-paced newscasts. This position requires a positive team player with a passion for broadcast media.

- Experience with Ross Overdrive, VizRT and ENPS preferred
- Experience with Photoshop & Premiere Pro is a plus
- Master Control automation experience preferred
- Flexibility with assigned scheduling and job assignments
- Available to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Reliable transportation
