TECHNICAL MEDIA PROD. (TEMP.) - KCBD

About KCBD:

KCBD is located in Lubbock, TX and broadcasts 26 streams out of the building including NBC, Fox, and Telemundo. We have a 5 hour live morning show, 1 hour noon show, 4p, 5p, 6p, 9p, 10p along with recording Telemundo daily.

Job Summary/Description:

KCBD has a full-time/temporary opening for a Technical Media Producer. Technical Media Producers work in KCBD's state-of-the-art media control and are responsible for directing both live and pre-recorded productions, as well as processing content for multiple television stations and sub-channels, as well as ingesting daily programming and commercials. The ideal candidate will work closely with all other departments to meet all daily demands. Flexible work schedule is a must.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Rolling commercial breaks for multiple stations
- Editing and approving programming and commercials
- Coding and directing newscasts
- Learning new systems as needed
