Job Summary/Description:
WBAY-TV is seeking a full time Technical Media Producer. Duties include Master Control operations, studio production and directing live newscasts.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Conduct Master Control operations utilizing Crispin automation.
* Perform floor direction and teleprompting.
* Direct live newscasts employing Ross Overdrive.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Proficiency in the performance of all live control room operations and adaptability for fast-paced newscast production.
* Must be dependable, organized, and able to serve multiple priorities.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree and one year of television production or relevant experience preferred, but will train suitable candidate.
