Job Summary/Description:

Dynamic Captioning is recruiting for a Realtime Traffic Operations position. The Realtime Traffic Operations Support role is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of live captioning broadcasts of all English and Spanish Programming, while utilizing available staff and delegating tasks. The role will provide support to clients and remote caption writers to insure service obligations, goals, and program procedures are met. The Realtime Traffic Operations Support role will provide overall assistance as it relates to program coverage, preparation, and transmission of live-display captions and future projects. The role works under the general direction of the Operations Manager.

The Realtime Operations Support role will be expected to work a non-traditional work week, which will include weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary to meet program coverage commitments. This position can be ''remote'' as well.
