Job Summary/Description:

Join the award winning creative team at KMOV! We're looking for a multi-talented promotions producer to create engaging marketing content for broadcast and digital platforms. Should be experienced in news and production environments, comfortable working solo or with a large team. Seeking someone with skills in writing, shooting and editing who's looking to take their career to the next level with a seasoned group of marketers. Strong initiative, work ethic and positive energy are all welcome!

The successful candidate will be writing, editing, and shooting news promotion for broadcast and digital platforms. Primary duties will include producing non-topical spots, including image, sweeps, POPs, and station event promos. Other duties will include event planning and participation, shooting or assisting on promotion shoots, scheduling of spots, and helping develop a high level creative staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS or BA in Film, Television, Marketing, Advertising, Marketing or Broadcasting
- Minimum three years experience in promotion at a TV station
- Proven ability to write promotional copy for TV, with excellent editing & post production skills
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly collaborative.
