KSWO is the dominant station for news and programming with the SW Oklahoma audience. We serve all areas of Texoma, but no media serve SW Oklahoma as thoroughly as KSWO 7 News.

Job Summary/Description:

KSWO is looking for a self-motivated and reliable Promotion Manager. This person reports directly to the Creative Services Director, provides leadership within the department and is instrumental in achieving all our goals.

The ideal candidate can understand and execute our strategic marketing plans to grow our news audience on all screens and grow our revenue. We look to our Promotion Manager to produce marketing content for and inside 7 News and our digital platforms that stands out in a crowded marketplace. This person will also help with on-air logs, work closely to mentor other producers in the department and assist sales when needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• The ideal candidate for Promotions Manager at KSWO will need at least three years video production experience or equivalent, the proven ability to shoot exceptional video with professional cameras, edit using the Adobe Creative Suite, design clean graphics with Adobe Photoshop and be able to write creative/effective promos, digital content and commercials.
• This candidate will also need to be able to provide specific examples of effective video marketing, positive results and ways he or she has been a leader on his or her team.
