Job Description/Summary:

RTM Studios is the number one producer of automotive how-to television programs in the nation and we are looking for an energetic producer/director to join our team! You will be producing & directing a weekly-airing national TV show and you'll work with some of the best automotive talent to collaborate on and produce shows that reaches over 170 million auto enthusiasts annually.

◘ Daily directing of an automotive how-to show.
◘ Direct hosts and videographers to produce high-quality TV programs.
◘ Manage daily activities to hit long term deadlines.
◘ Time management is extremely important.
◘ Plan projects, prepare scripts, and assist with the selection of project vehicles.
◘ Direct both studio and field-based shows.
◘ Be creative in your approach to each show.
◘
Offline edit each show using Premiere Pro.
◘ Collaborate with sales and sponsors to meet mutual goals.

Qualifications/Requirements:

◘ Must be a self-starter and leader.
◘ Good communication skills.
◘ College/technical school degree in TV/Media.
◘ Directing, producing, writing and editing skills.
◘ Minimum 5 years experience.
◘ Must edit using Adobe Premier Pro.
◘ Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
◘ Automotive knowledge preferred.
◘ Some travel is required.
◘ Pre-employment drug screening required.
