Job Summary/Description:

Gray Media is a leading media company that owns and operates high-quality stations in 113 television markets that collectively reach 36 percent of US television households.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Book guests, maintain show calendar, and create content for Tennessee Valley Living
- Greet and manage communication with live guests during show preparation and broadcast, both in-person and via Zoom
- Produce engaging social media and digital content, including Facebook and Instagram reels, daily social posts, and eye-catching graphics via Canva; Manage social media giveaways/contests
- Manage Tennessee Valley Living's website through the retrieval and posting of segments that have aired on the show
- Work closely with the Sales Department on all sponsored elements of the show
- The position will require producing capabilities, from building show rundowns to creating lower thirds and timing shows during the broadcast

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Editing experience (Edius) preferred, Graphic design experience with Canva or similar service
- Must be energetic, positive, and great in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; Must be flexible in a changing day-to-day news environment
- Must have the ability to stay up to date on current events; what's popular, trendy, etc.
- Broadcast producer experience a plus
