DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER (REMOTE/USA) - GDM (Gray Media Group)

The Digital Design team is tasked with providing our stations and their clients with eye-catching creatives. This position is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding.

We are looking for a production designer who can produce high-quality work in a team-centered environment that is deadline-driven. You must be able to take criticism and adapt to changes. You must be willing to learn new things when asked.

Job Summary/Description:

GDM is seeking a Digital Designer who has a strong technical aptitude and the ability to oversee production orders from conception to completion. Our team works with 100+ television stations across the United States as well as various departments internally. You must be able to produce high-quality work in a team-centered, fast-paced work environment that is deadline-driven.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Create and design various products for digital that include static and HTML banner ads, targeted emails, social graphics, projects and more.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure their client's vision and branding is achieved throughout the design process
• Execute all tasks assigned by the team manager to the highest standard of design and quality
• Participate in design discussions and provide feedback to your peers when asked upon

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
• Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Web Designer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be detailed oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required
