DIGITAL FRONT-END DEVELOPER (REMOTE/USA) - GDM

Job Summary/Description:

Gray Television is looking for a front-end developer/designer to work on our existing websites, mobile apps, and intranet site. This role will design and implement front-end user interfaces and experiences across multiple Gray products. This position is ''REMOTE''.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design well-architected, responsive, and performant web-based user interfaces
- Create wireframes and mockups
- Deliver HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for modern browsers
- Maintain brand consistency throughout design while gathering feedback from users
and customers
- Provide maintenance and enhancements to existing web sites
- Execute user research and requirements gathering for new and existing products
- Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders on coding and
troubleshooting designs
- Develop solutions that work in all browsers

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time front-end development
- Professional experience in developing software products with frontend or user
experience focus
- Significant understanding of user experience design principals
- Understanding of key design principles and layout aesthetics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
- Attention to details and passion for quality
- Understanding of SEO practices
- Understanding of Accessibility practices
