About the Position

We are looking for a Vice President to serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and influence key business decisions centering on strategic growth, financial modeling, and new investments. In this role, you will partner directly with the CFO to set the financial agenda for the company and own the development of the FP&A and Strategic Sourcing functions. We look to these teams to drive and co-lead high priority, cross-functional business initiatives that have the potential to deliver new revenue and cost efficiencies to the company. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
• Own overall long-term financial planning model for the company
• Set and drive reporting philosophy for the organization, ensuring senior management has the information it needs to make data informed decisions; drive deployment of reporting tools, using best-in-class technology
• Lead and oversee annual budgeting, capital investment, and monthly/quarterly re-forecast processes
• Lead and oversee all Strategic Sourcing activities including new vendor onboarding, all sourcing initiatives, and our supplier diversity program
• Mentor and develop FP&A and Strategic Sourcing teams, managing work allocation, system training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team culture
• Build positive relationships with key, high-level partners, including Senior Leadership Team, external banking group, and the National Basketball Association
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Apply quantitative methods to drive and support management decisions

Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and Investment Banking experiences preferred
• CFA and CPA accreditations are a plus
• 10+ years in financial leadership roles with growing responsibilities
• Strong project management skills, leading large, cross-functional work streams
• Previous experience managing large teams
• Excellent MS Excel and financial modeling skills
