About the Position

The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are looking for an In-Game Co-Host to serve as one of the main personalities for Warriors home games, execute live promotions as well as interview and interact with fans. In this role, you will use your basketball and sports knowledge to drive fan engagement and make an impact on game days. You will collaborate with leaders to provide a world-class experience to all Chase Center guests, employees, performers, and clients. This is a part-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination may be required. All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute all fan contests, promotions, video features, game and team news throughout the game
• Participate and host community and partner events such as open practice, fan fests and other partner requests
• Build positive relationships with the local community by providing accurate updates and engage with fans throughout game day
• Demonstrate an upbeat personality and strong on-camera presence to connect with fans, basketball operations, players and celebrity guests

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of announcing/reporting/hosting experience (game presentation experience is a plus)
• Deep understanding of NBA history, basketball rules and regulations, most importantly Bay Area and Warriors history and current knowledge of pop culture and lifestyle trends
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
• Ability to be flexible in high pressure situations and work in a dynamic and evolving role
• Additional duties and expectations may be added or changed to meet organization needs

Submissions
• Next Round: Candidates who move onto the next round will be asked to submit a performance reel and a Warriors story (video) by November 15, 2021.

Key Dates
• November 15: Portfolios and Media Kits due
• November 17-24: Anticipated interview and audition period
