About the Position
The Warriors Community Foundation is looking for a Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational support and assist with the day-to-day activities of the Foundation. The Coordinator will also help develop and coordinate fundraising strategies and processes, helping to ensure that Foundation funding initiatives are designed, implemented, and monitored to improve impact and visibility. This role reports to the Senior Director, Philanthropy.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of the Foundation
• Coordinate game day communications and logistics (i.e., communication with external parties and ticket distribution)
• Manage donation process, including intake, inventory and storage
• Co-manage the Warriors in the Community social media channels with the Community Relations department
• Manage the department's invoice submissions and processing
• Develop and coordinate revenue-generating initiatives. (e.g., online auctions, raffles, etc.)and partner-aligned events
• Identify and assist with partnership opportunities with corporate partners and other foundations
• Articulate and promote the mission and values of the Foundation to increase awareness and visibility within the community, and identify potential partnerships
• Support Foundation special events including fundraisers, game night activations and other initiatives
• Research and stay informed about public education and grant making issues in the Bay Area
• Interface as needed with Foundation'a Board of Directors
• Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years experience in a philanthropic or corporate social responsibility program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and community
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to plan, organize and coordinate initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
• Ability to design and deliver effective and compelling presentations on fundraising, grant making and community partnerships
• Comfortable with problem solving and working independently and within teams
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
Time Commitment
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends for Warriors home games and Foundation-aligned events
Compensation
• $26.00 - 28.00 per hour + Bonus
