Job Description
Frank Productions is looking to add an Accountant (Staff Accountant II) to our full-time team in Madison, WI. We are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and encourage talent from all backgrounds to apply.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare event flash reports (P&L's), coordinating with the operations team to gather and review relevant support
• Manage and maintain the general ledger for the owned and operated division of Frank Productions
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile Sales system with General Ledger
• Review and manage Pex-Card process and transactions
• Assist Accounting team members with the daily, monthly and year-end functions and processes of the department
• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• All other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, some General Ledger Accounting or Public Accounting experience preferred
• CPA is preferred, but not required
• Project Accounting experience a plus
• Willingness to occasionally work unconventional hours, as job duties demand
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds and important deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messaging
• Committed to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

This position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more. This position is an at-will position, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
