Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Full time position, responsible for ensuring advertiser schedules run with correct commercial material. Must update and resolve commercial assignments into computer system on a daily basis and work with tight deadlines.
Other duties include processing multiple dub lists, downloading commercial spots, and working directly with Master Control to ensure all materials are present. Responsible for scheduling Paid Programming. Must check, verify, and file all material instructions at the end of each day. Maintain neat and orderly commercial inventory files.

Requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and accuracy. Be able to back up fellow traffic coordinator and work in various traffic positions, as needed. Communicate professionally with advertising agencies and station personnel in various departments. Prior broadcast traffic experience on the Wide Orbit traffic system preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required; College degree pref. All offers of employment are contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen.
