Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our viewers come from all walks of life and so do we! We are looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join FOX11 & KCOP13's in-house creative marketing team. Work alongside our Creative Director, Producers, Editors, and Designers to create compelling promos in the nation's 2nd largest market. From pre-production and planning, to roll-out strategy and out-of-the box digital promotion, this position plays a vital role in getting every important marketing message out to the masses!

Responsible for shepherding each promo through the production process, from delivery to on-air. You will handle the scheduling and placement for every promo the audience sees. Working with your Supervisors, you will use dublists and promo purge lists in Wide Orbit to make sure active campaign creative remains ready for air. Using on-air and digital platforms, you will contribute to the teams success of creating effective audience-targeted promotion. Position will also support marketing efforts by running on-air inventory reports for TVHO. Must be highly organized, dependable and a strong communicator. Perform other duties as needed, and as directed by the Creative Director and Department Managers.

College degree preferred. Must be highly organized, and a strong communicator. Recommended to be familiar with KTTV/KCOP News & Programming. Microsoft Office experience required. Familiarity and working knowledge of Wide Orbit, Slack, Quip, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Box is helpful
