JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Producer – Real Milwaukee

FOX6 Milwaukee is looking for a producer to take the helm of our one-hour morning talk Show Real Milwaukee. The successful candidate is creative, loves to experiment and thrives on organized chaos!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Real Milwaukee producer will be responsible for brainstorming big ideas and executing guest segments, so imagination and creativity are an absolute must!! You must be detail-oriented and be able to plan ahead. The successful candidate needs to be a self-starter who knows how to motivate and lead a team to create memorable content across multiple platforms. The producer needs to be knowledgeable about local news and current events. This includes being up to speed on social media with the hot topics people are talking about not only in Milwaukee, but all over the world! QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates must have two years producing experience. Strong writing, organizational and people skills are vital for success in this position. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills. College degree in Journalism / Communications or related field is required.
