Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketing/Growth Manager is the lead manager for our FTS Digital marketing projects and campaigns. This includes both the use of organic marketing strategies as well as expanding our use of paid media. Daily work will require extreme creativity and organization to develop campaign ideas, manage execution, test, and optimize initiatives to meet marketing objectives.

Growth of an engaged and valuable audience at both the national and local level is the top goal of this position.

Reporting to the VP Digital Marketing, this individual will drive the implementation of marketing strategies across websites, apps, social, email, SEO, OTT and other platforms/tools. They will work closely with design and product teams in order to communicate and visualize ideas to be produced. They will partner with the business intelligence team to appropriately determine ROI for different audiences, and leverage A/B testing and other user-focused data techniques that can help grow value and profitability. This individual must be a steward of FTS Digital brands, spreading the passion and excitement for our products and users, both externally and internally.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage digital marketing plans and campaigns, including video, display, SEO, email, paid-search, A/B testing, custom audience targeting, and other tools focused on the growth of an engaged and valuable audience. Produce creative copy and materials for use across platforms that will both expand reach of FTS Digital properties and drive interest in FTS priority initiatives. Collaborate with content team to optimize discovery and reach with target audiences. Build and execute creative concepts for sales-marketing and client initiatives. Work with station-level creative teams to implement and test strategies within local markets. Monitor and track audience growth goals. Research, identify, and test new innovations in digital marketing. Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years in digital marketing, with experience in both organic growth and digital ad buying strategies & tools – such as display, video, email, social, SEM, etc. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products. Understanding of Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. Experience with HTML, CSS, and other coding is a plus. Creative and innovative approach to solving problems. Ability to manage numerous projects and deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication. BS/BA 4-year degree. Entrepreneurial spirit.
