JOB DESCRIPTION

STUDIO RAMSAY GLOBAL (SRG) is a new production entity co-owned by award-winning chef, restaurateur, and presenter Gordon Ramsay and FOX Entertainment. With offices in both London and Los Angeles, the company develops, produces, and distributes culinary and lifestyle programming for FOX, its ad-supported streaming platform, Tubi, and platforms worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced operations executive to report into the President, Alternative Entertainment, and Managing Director of SRG.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the Directors and Managing Director of SRG in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy
• Develop a strategy to sell SRG shows is the US, grow its digital footprint, develop its domestic distribution sales and international format sales from shows originating in the US
• Manage US office staff
• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the President, Alternative
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in executive leadership positions
• Experience in international format sales, distribution, and pitching
• Good relationships with US linear and digital buyers
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Good talent relations skills
