JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports Productions, LLC dba FOX Sports Media Group seeks a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to work with senior management to provide consulting services across various Fox Sports businesses to evaluate marketing opportunities, assess marketing strategies and perform various special projects and analyses for the various sports divisions. Specific duties include: 1) Work closely with the senior marketing team and provide consultation regarding the development and execution of multi-platform campaigns that drive brand awareness and tune-in efforts on behalf of Fox Sports 1 brands/properties and shows, including programming launches and sustaining efforts, programming stunts and special events. 2) Evaluate, assess and perform analysis within the overall Fox Sports Marketing Group and other Fox Sports departments on efforts, including, but not limited to, media buys, distribution marketing and advertising sales promotions. 3) Perform various analysis (market assessment, brand analysis, etc.), analyze opportunities, and recommend large-scale marketing initiatives through interfacing with internal departments (marketing, sales, programming, distribution, affiliate, and public relations) and external agencies. 4) Consult regarding the development and trafficking of marketing materials for all network marketing efforts, principally tied to league, property partners, and media investments in television, radio, online, digital, outdoor, and print. 5) Prepare presentations that communicate the findings and results from assigned projects to the relevant Fox senior marketing team. 6) Meet with executives and the senior marketing team to gain information about new projects and opportunities, to update them on ongoing projects, or to present findings in a more formal setting after wrapping a project. Duties also involve advising and establishing process with the marketing team for marketing campaign development; scheduling planning meetings with Research, Sales, Production, Digital/Social, PR, Media Agencies to create campaign goals, strategies, and target audiences; and developing master marketing campaign timeline for creative, promotions development, key stakeholder meetings and execution to use as a guideline by all departments to ensure the project stays on-time, on-budget, and meets all stated results (audience goals, media impressions goals, etc.).

Job Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, plus two (2) years of marketing management or related marketing experience in sports media/entertainment industry, including experience in sports marketing, consumer promotions, event marketing and promotion; strategic planning, campaign development and execution; and project management.
*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience using digital/social space for marketing promotion; 2) Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; 3) Experience in analyzing research data to help guide marketing strategy; 4) Experience in developing presentations and presenting reports to senior management; and 5) Experience in managing and building internal and external cross-functional relationships and partnerships
