JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Sports is looking for a Room Producer to join their team in Charlotte, NC. As the Room Producer, you will provide direction to editors and audio personnel to ensure all promos are correctly versioned as well as mastered and delivered for air on FBC & FS1 with correct content, track numbers and backplate info according to broadcast specs. Additionally, you will supervise nightly video edit sessions

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise watermarking procedures via Kantar
• Master and deliver all completed FOX Sports On-Air Promos, as well as daily reels with promos for air on FOX, cross channel partners, cable broadcast affiliates, digital, and more
• Upload and deliver promos to Media Cloud in order to distribute promotions, presentations, ID's and various graphic and production elements for internal and external use
• Produce and send documentation listing all elements on Media Cloud via On Air Pro (OAP)
• Anticipate what tags will be necessary for each campaign, often directing VO talent in recording them at the end of the VO session
• Oversee the mixing of spots with the audio mixers to keep them informed of what spots/durations/tags are needed
• Communicate with Producers and/or Creative Directors for implementation and revisions on projects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 1 or more years of experience in post-production for a network and/or cable company
• The ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high pressure environment
• Extensive knowledge of all bay types and needs, as well as workflow between each

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
