JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Sports is looking for an experienced and versatile Manager of Brand Marketing, who will work closely with the senior marketing team to develop and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and tune-in for FOX Sports brands, sports properties, and shows. As the Manager of Brand Marketing, you have a focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on day-to-day marketing details, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. This includes programming launches and sustaining efforts, promotional partnerships, experiential marketing, and special events. You will also serve a key role as a project manager and conduit within the overall FOX Sports Marketing group and other FOX Sports departments on efforts including but not limited to cross-functional brand campaign planning and management, league/partner relations and activation. Working knowledge of NFL, WWE, MLB, and/or NASCAR current events is preferred.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support development and execution of multi-platform marketing solutions and brand strategies for FOX Sports brands/properties and studio shows
• Manage relationships and processes with key internal departments (on-air creative, programming, digital/social, PR, sales, research, cable distribution, affiliate stations, FOX Deportes) for long-range planning and day-to-day operations
• Oversee production and trafficking of marketing deliverables for all network marketing efforts principally tied to league property partners and media investments in television, radio, online, digital, outdoor, and print
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific intentions across different channels and segments
• Spearhead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Evaluate customer insights, consumer trends, market data, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and assessment, and optimize accordingly
• Create ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns
• Evaluate research data to help guide marketing strategy
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 3+ years of experience in network television marketing and/or sports marketing, consumer promotions, event marketing, and promotions
• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross-functional relationships and partnerships
• An understanding of digital/social space and utilizing it for marketing promotion
• Ability to be a strategic thinker and thrive in a team environment
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and judgement skills
• Metrics-focused marketing mind with an eye for creativity
• Execute tasks with professionalism and business experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills
