JOB DESCRIPTION
Our CRM team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team and manage key marketing programs in support of CRM KPIs across digital brands with an initial focus on Fox Nation. We're looking for someone who has a strong performance marketing background and can build highly effective campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams, including our network stakeholders, Creative Services, Business Intelligence, Product, Customer Care, and platform vendors.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and launch CRM programs in support of key business KPIs including churn reduction and engagement improvements
• Develop campaign plans in partnership with the network business teams (initially Fox Nation) that include email, push notifications, and web banner promotions
• Write creative briefs and manage the creative campaign execution
• Write marketing business requirements for campaign promotions
• Manage gift card programs and related vendor relationships
• Track and report campaign and CRM results
• Prepare leadership briefings

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 8+ years of experience working on CRM programs within a fast-paced consumer business
• Digital consumer subscription model experience

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience; An MBA would be amazing
• Experience with subscription streaming services
