JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Shared Services Team is looking for a Business Operations specialist to support continuous improvement across all Shared Services business processes and applications. The initial focus of this position will be on supporting a new instance of Coupa Software during implementation and post-Go-Live. We leverage Coupa Software to support our Company's procurement and invoicing processes, and we're looking for someone who has in-depth knowledge of the Coupa Platform gained through experience in implementation and application support. On an ongoing basis, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements across various functions, advising of options for process and application improvements, and implementing business initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 5 years of previous experience
• Payroll process experience
• Procurement and invoicing process experience
• Finance and accounting process experience
• Best practice and process implementation experience
• Advanced system configuration skills
• Customer service oriented
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Deadline and project-oriented

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems or Business
• Coupa Certified
