JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Strategy, Commercial & Marketing team!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, drive and optimize promotional offers and packages across FOX's services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy promotions and support business needs
• Maintain a holistic view of end-to-end promotions and packages, offering an informed business perspective on new requests
• Build, maintain, optimize forms, reports, trackers and dashboards (Quip, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Develop a cadence for accountability by assigning action items and consistently following up on progress
• Facilitate the collection of business requirements, drive the definition of project scope, develop detailed project plans, and drive them to execution
• Track open issues, identify risks, and enable resolution by enlisting needed stakeholders and working groups
• Determine impacts of project components on Care operations and customer experience; advocates for a balanced approach (of customer treatment vs. business objectives)
• Keep teammates informed (in near real-time) of project developments, especially those affecting Care operations and customer experience
• Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Customer Care operations, including basic operations, systems and processes
• Apply project management principles when tasked to resolve operations-related tasks
• Drive quality and consistency

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Demonstrated familiarity with project/program management best practices and is able to lead effectively with and without formal project management software
• Demonstrated aptitude in both interpreting and mining data; readily uses data to drive decisions and provide direction
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule
