JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox is currently looking for a Manager, Space Planning & Projects. As the Manager, Space Planning & Projects, your main focus is to accurately track people and spaces via Facility technology and the physical space, managing this information accurately as it feeds to departments and other software that use this information for things such as rents and locations, plus a little creativity to look for and present any trends verbally or in report form. You will also manage and track all projects for the department projects, construction projects and track the department's work. This is an excellent opportunity to use all communication skills you have (verbal/written/graphic).

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create accurate pictures of space/employee usage using a Facility Management program (FM Systems – FMI)
• Review daily HR reports for new hires and terminations regularly to make sure all employee information is being accurately reflected in FMI
• Review FMI reporting to identify any missing information regularly
• Use various sources to compare and fill in missing information
• Manage changes of space as needed for NY location and others
• Tracking Hoteling spaces via FMI and Space IQ
• Create a unique graphic representation of space usage as needed
• Assist Executive Director in the yearly assessment of future space needs and company growth
• Review Power BI reporting and report inconsistencies in data
• Manage and track information for all 3rd parties renting from Fox
• Attend all construction meetings and report back to the team on what is needed accurately
• Develop, maintain, and update projects into one document for the department
• Support Manager of Facilities Apps tracking long-term projects and goals
• Create reporting from FMI and multiple sources into singular cohesive reports as requested
• Create reporting that will be seen by higher levels of the company
• Work with Finance and Manager of Facilities Apps to accurately represent all rents and charges

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• At least 3+ of experience in the Facilities field in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in and understanding an IWSM program such as FMI (FM Systems), or any similar workplace software or multi-layered databases
• Read and understand CAD drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the company
• Have basic Project Management skills and are very organized
• At least 3+ years of working on or around and tracking large-scale projects, physical building projects, and software launches, which involves timelines, deadlines, and managing expectations
• Understand the office move process and have been involved with large scale relocations
• Ability to organize large volumes of data related to reporting generation
• Know and understand V-look up and creating Pivot tables
• Should have medium to high level computer experience working in a database environment
• Must be knowledgeable with MS Office
• Basic to mid-level knowledge with apps such as SLACK, Quip, Box
• Have an understanding and love for data

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience at a studio lot or entertainment environment
• Belong to or certified with IFMA or BOMA
• Knowledge of Space IQ, EMS, WorkDay, Power BI, Coupa
• Skills with Monday.com
• Have some furniture experience
• Have a flair for graphic presentations in reporting
• Experience with complicated processes that interact with each other
