JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX is looking for a Supervisor, Production and Special Events Liaison to join their Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team in Los Angeles, CA. You will report to the Senior Manager, GSOC and be responsible for supporting studio lot and off-site productions and special events enterprise-wide. This position plays a pivotal role providing contingency planning, security support, incident management, and crisis communications for FOX Entertainment, FOX Sports, FOX News and FOX Television events and productions. You will play an integral part of the FOX Global Security team, directly responsible for contingency planning and ensuring the safety and security of FOX employees and personnel assigned to productions and special events.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contingency planning, incident management, and crisis communications testing and deployment for all FOX Entertainment and FOX Sports Productions (NFL, CFB, MLS, PBC, USFL, etc.)
• Coordinate with the FOX GSOC, Special Events and Production Security team, and the Intelligence team to synthesize and integrate GSOC threat monitoring for all FOX productions and special events
• Supervise and coordinate with the GSOC during incidents at FOX productions and special events
• Initiate contact and provide situational awareness to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders and decision makers for FOX Entertainment and FOX Sports Production
• Provide the GSOC with the most up-to-date contact and venue information before, during, and after FOX productions and special events
• Liaise directly with Departments such as Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Risk Management, HR/Legal, etc. to ensure compliance with FOX Corporate standards, reporting policies and procedures
• Knowledgeable with GSOC resources such as electronic databases, third-party intelligence platforms, incident management tools, travel tracking software, crisis communications platforms, and other automated systems necessary to support productions and special events remotely
• Assist with the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new GSOC technology or security systems to more efficiently support productions and special events
• Capture metrics and statistics for all productions, and ensuring an after action is conducted to improve future security support
• Support the Intelligence Team via notification of threats and security-related intelligence with respect to risk/impact to FOX productions and special events
• Travel to FOX productions and special events to provide on-the-ground GSOC-forward capabilities as needed or required
• Assist with GSOC Operator training and development, incident management, crisis communications, and tactical intelligence support enterprise-wide as requested by the GSOC Senior Manager
• Manage one contracted GSOC Operator assigned to support productions and special events

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Corporate Security or a similar role with at least 2-years working on productions or stage management and/or working in an operations center supporting productions and special events
• Experience and knowledge of various access control platforms, video management systems, intelligence subscription services, and incident management applications/software
• Experience gathering and analyzing data to create useful metrics that support positive change
• Effectively manage complex people, process and technical projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvement
• Excellent communicator in writing, speaking, and presenting
• Dependable team player with strong business acuity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a field related to global security and/or 3 to 5 years of experience as an Operations Center Operator, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
