JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX is seeking an Associate, Ad Platforms & Partnerships, for its Digital Advertising Technology team. As Associate, Ad Platforms & Partnerships, you will be responsible for actively coordinating with business and technology teams across Fox to ensure the healthy performance of our digital ad stack, including the successful execution of campaigns, ad products and other initiatives in our consumer products and with our B2B partners. You will develop and manage relationships with core monetization vendors and partners, working closely with Fox Revenue and Engineering teams.

You will also be a key player on a growing team responsible for implementation and maintenance of the entire digital ad stack – including live and on demand video, programmatic, display, audience, contextual and other third-party solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate interested in digital ad technology to join a growing team, and help rebuild the digital ad stack for a major player in the TV industry.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Become a key support pillar of the digital ad stack, specifically FreeWheel, GAM, video players, Operative, and reporting tools
• Be the point of escalation for campaign-related and ad platform health issues raised by Ad Ops, Programmatic, Yield, Client Service, and Engineering teams
• Be on rotation for on-call support for live and tentpole events
• Test and onboard support for new distributor integrations
• Technical setup and testing/QA of potential ad products and SDK vendors for use with campaigns, programmatic or audience initiatives, and improvements to the ad stack
• Create and maintain team documentation and guides
• Monitor delivery to proactively identify gaps, and communicate issues and resolutions back to business stakeholders
• Support FreeWheel and Operative network gardening/maintenance efforts

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 1-3 years of experience in a related internship or full-time role
• Knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in, the digital advertising landscape and components of an ad stack, from OMS to Reporting
• Knowledge of the multiple players in the TV distribution landscape
• Familiarity with ad serving technologies, including FreeWheel, GAM, Programmatic vendors, 3P technologies
• Ability to keep competing projects on track and communicate with multiple stakeholders across many levels

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience and aptitude with Ads QA and troubleshooting tools and process
• Prior experience in Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, or Ads QA
• Prior exposure to workflow and ticketing systems like Jira, Confluence, Quip
