JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Entertainment is looking for a Director of National Media to be responsible for the strategy, planning and activation of FOX Entertainment shows. You will be able to develop strategic partnerships and drive thought leadership with an emphasis on audience, innovation and accountability towards business results. Additionally, you will work and collaborate closely with other senior team members and together be responsible for leading the Media Agency of Record and our internal Media team and partnering with in-house Creative teams.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee creation of strategic media plans, including management of daily deliverables for external agency partners, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (Promo, Design, Social, Digital Ops) and socialize planning strategies and timelines, creating greater synergy across marketing initiatives
• Work closely with Media Analytics to establish a measurement roadmap as well as set and measure goals for each plan
• Serve as the Media representative at Marketing meetings and collaborate with internal non-linear and content teams, where appropriate
• Provide leadership and direction to Manager and Coordinator direct reports
• Train and develop the team to improve processes and create organizational efficiencies
• Maintain relationships with media community; continue to develop publisher and higher relationships for exchange of ideas
• Drive innovation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Extensive Digital media and proven leadership experience in a network, agency, or related environment
• Effective, clear communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of people
• Solid media math and analytical skills
• High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and quickly pivot between projects and directives

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
