Job Description
FINN Partners has an opportunity for a Senior Digital Producer to join our Digital Experience team. The Sr. Digital Producer is responsible for the daily management of most of our interactive projects from inception to completion, adhering to budget and timelines, working with developers, and maintaining strong client relationships. Scope of work includes - assuring the quality of the product; keeping the project on time, on budget, and on strategy (from conception build to delivery); and assuring adherence to our development process.
• Candidates for this position must have a strong track record of delivery across interactive channels and platforms; as well as experience working in a digital design group, digital marketing consultancy or digital advertising agency
• Must have at least 7 years of solid, hands-on experience managing the end-to-end production of complex websites builds, redesigns and site updates
• Previous experience working as a Digital Producer within a design studio, digital advertising group, advertising agency or client-side design group
• Experience working directly with developers, QA engineers, product managers, UX designers, graphic designers, content strategists, researchers, and strategists
• Experience working with 3rd-party agencies and vendors
• Experience overseeing the delivery and execution process of large-scale websites, as well as ensuring and facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
• Rigorous in organization and management, conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project
• Collaborative: With multiple stakeholders, communication and teamwork is critical
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills one-on-one and in large groups, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction, organize information quickly and summarizing succinctly
• Strong knowledge of account and project management principles, methods and techniques, with comfort in a technical environment
• Ability to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people, processes and systems

• Proven experience working closely with creatives and developers to produce complex digital projects and large teams, optimally within an agency environment
• Excellent analytical and numeracy skills

Requirements:
• 6+ years as project manager within an agency setting practicing agile and scrum methodologies
• Experience working directly with developers, QA engineers, product managers, UX designers, graphic designers, content strategists, researchers, and strategists
• Experience working with 3rd-party agencies and vendors

Core competencies:
• A passion for user-centered design, emerging web technologies and familiarity with Lean UX
• An extraordinarily organized, detail-oriented and logical approach to process implementation
• Experience working within a product team in a lean, scrum/agile environment
• Experience gathering feature requirements, writing functionality requirements, and managing sprints, Jira boards and backlogs
• Experience managing weekly release schedules
• Experience project planning and scoping mid- and -large scale digital projects
• Experience with budget estimation, forecasting, vendor management, and SOWs
• Experience managing day-to-day priorities for multiple team members (10+)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, running concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively with coworkers from different disciplines
• Comfort and desire to work collaboratively with clients
