Job Description

We are seeking candidates for Account Supervisor to Vice President to join our health team in Nashville. You'll join a strong, growing team working on several of the most prominent healthcare provider clients in the country.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of integrated marcomms campaigns and programs
• Deliver high-quality programs that meet and exceed client goals
• Devise strategy documents incorporating earned, owned and paid tactics, goals and pitch angles
• Help develop client content, including media materials, social media content, blog outreach, media pitches, bylines and Q&As
• Lead executive communications programs
• Ensure flawless execution of marketing plans, events, PR initiatives and programs.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact managing overall timeline and budget, establishing position as client's ''go-to''
• Offer problem-solving solutions throughout program execution
• Participate in new business networking and RFP opportunities

Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree
• Agency or in-house communications and marketing experience (between 6 to 10 years), preferably working in the healthcare sector
• Experience working with traditional and social media strategies and campaigns, preferably in an analytics-driven environment
• Ability to develop and execute successful marcomm campaigns
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Proven problem-solving ability
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communications skills both oral and written (including editing skills)
