About the role
As an Account Manager at MintTwist you will have full ownership over your accounts and strive to deliver excellent work for every client with the help of our specialist teams.

This role offers great variety and potential for growth, as you will manage clients across SEO, Paid Media, Design and Social Media projects. You'll work with a range of clients from SMEs to global brands.
Our Account Managers are the driving force that bring campaigns and projects through to delivery, while helping to push our clients' digital strategies forward. Through your excellent account management skills, you'll take on the role of trusted advisor to the client, helping them navigate the fast changing world of digital marketing, driving high levels of client satisfaction, client retention and growth.

About you

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience managing campaigns and projects within a digital marketing environment – agency or in-house.

• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Able to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong communication skills to distil briefs and insights clearly

• Confidence chairing meetings and presenting
• Possess initiative and problem-solving skills
• Commercial acumen, experience managing and growing retained business
• Experience of working on integrated campaigns using a variety of digital channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, Content)
• Marketing qualification / degree (preferable not essential)
