Responsibilities

Fandango seeks an experienced, talented, and passionate Marketing Analyst to join our growing Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to synthesize learnings into actionable insights for our Advertising and CRM teams.
• Partner with Fandango & Vudu Performance Marketing team to solve problems, and to identify trends and opportunities within both CRM (email, push notifications) and paid advertising channels
• Build/maintain revenue-focused reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of our CRM, OTT (e.g. Roku, Vizio, Samsung) and trade marketing campaigns
• Establish process, and calendarization / cadence of efficiencies, of test design & subsequent roll-out (segmentation, offer, creative, subject line, cadence, frequency of contact)
• Review A/B test methodology prior to campaign launches, and conduct lift analysis on the impact of tests/campaigns
• Leverage Looker / Sailthru / SQL for segmentation, list pulls, additional data feeds, etc.
• Ensure smooth campaign set-up with CRM Ops team, including subject line testing, deliverability, & optimization
• QA campaign tagging when needed
• Assisting priority studio partners with reporting needs when necessary
• Be curious: Proactively look at data to come up with insights that can help drive growth (i.e. new campaigns, migration strategies, impact studies)
• Deliver wrap-ups and persuasive presentations that simplify complex analyses into actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or other relevant field
• 3+ years of analytical experience working with large, complex data sets and analytical tools
• Strong proficiency with SQL
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner

Desired Characteristics
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and/or machine learning (e.g. classification & clustering techniques, regression modeling, etc.)
• Experience analyzing user behavior across digital, consumer-facing products (e.g. gaming, e-commerce, etc.)
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
