Job Description
Responsibilities
The Manager will be the analytics partner for the organization, focused on understanding the end to end customer experience. They will collaborate across product, engineering and other experts to shape a shared data-driven strategic vision. The individual will execute on this vision translating insights into actionable decisions throughout the entire product lifecycle. The Manager will also partner with other data and decision science teams to share best practices and improve capabilities around data modeling, testing, personalization and visualization. They will build out a best-in-class analytics team with a diverse set of skills to help meet business goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Translate insights into direction and empower execution in a data-informed manner throughout the business lifecycle to drive Fandango growth
• Deeply understand the Fandango ecosystem, defining and analyzing metrics that evaluate our trajectory and inform the success of our products
• Develop deep business intuition that you leverage to influence future roadmaps and drive decision making
• Collaborate across Analytics, Data Operations, and Business teams
• Prepare dashboards with visualizations and KPI tracking for senior executives
• Present research on user behavior, product enhancements, and metrics development / methodology to all levels of the company ensuring transparency and partnership
• Lead a team of analytics professionals focused on hypothesis-driven data analysis projects that grow the business through insights and experimentation
• Foster a culture of execution excellence and analytical rigor

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years of applied experience in eCommerce, social network, direct to consumer or media entertainment with a strong focus on analytics, project management, & user behavior
• 1+ years of people management / history of elevating a team
• BA/BS in technical or quantitative disciple or significant relevant work experience
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment design
• Experience in using Optimizely, Adobe Target, or other A/B testing tools
• Experience in using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker
• Coding skills for data analysis (SQL, Python, R, etc.+)
• Experience performing analysis with large datasets, i.e. Amazon AWS, Snowflake, or Google Big Query
• Extensive knowledge of statistics and analytical concepts
• Experience in using data to drive business decisions and change opinions.
