Job Description
Responsibilities
Fandango seeks a talented and passionate Manager for the Finance department to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have a finance technology or streaming finance background with the ability to synthesize and communicate data into insights and juggle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment. This person will be extremely detail-oriented, drive efficiencies, and have the ability to develop executive-level analysis and reporting. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and will work closely with the senior team.

Responsibilities:

Analytics / Decision Support
• Support FP&A and Consolidation processes across all departments and product lines
• Refine and report on business KPIs
• Develop and utilize data-driven analytics to generate value-added insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth and influence KPIs
• Partner with Technology and product line business leads to drive financial results for the business
• Support the Sr Director of FP&A, & Head of Finance, along with business leaders in developing the long-term and short-term financial goals for the business with a particular focus on Technology partnership and optimization
• Report on performance metrics to help inform content investment and metrics to evaluate marketing ROI and help inform marketing investment
• Develop/refine reports and dashboards that provide actionable insight into the levers of the business
• Support senior leadership in financial analysis of strategic partnerships

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting
• Support all budgeting, forecasting, and optimization efforts of Fandango Technology along with the support of the Ad Sales and Home Entertainment product lines
• Assist in the creation of executive- and Board-level presentations for Budgets, Forecasts, and Actuals vs Targets financials and KPI reporting for the Fandango leadership team, Universal Direct to Consumer Finance, and Warner Brothers Digital Finance
• Partner with Finance Leadership to drive the process and preparation of annual budgets, monthly flashes, and quarterly forecasts
• Support the annual operating budget and support the long-term strategic planning process

Leadership and Culture
• Bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to the work, and focus on team members' careers and professional development
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership for the business and work product to promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
• Establish strong rapport and connection with the Fandango Technology division leads to ensure strong communication and partnership

Develop open communication and productive work relationships with senior leadership, operations leads, and the broader finance team

Qualifications/Requirements
• 7-9+ years of progressive finance experience with experience in the consolidation process, creation of financial valuation models (e.g. discounted cash flow), and preparation of executive presentations
• BA required
• Strong background in working with technology groups, particularly in partnering to help drive optimization and efficiencies
• Strong financial and analytical skills including the ability to create complex financial models and efficiently communicate results
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP
• Exposure to a complex environment with multiple entities is preferred
• Strong writing and analytical skills, high-level attention to detail
