Job Description
Disney Streaming is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to oversee the marketing efforts for live and original content streaming on ESPN+. The ideal candidate has experience managing all aspects of a marketing campaign, including strategy, media, and creative, and has experience leading a team of junior talent. S/he is highly analytical, creative, and solution oriented worker with an in-depth understanding of promotional messaging and acquisition experience across on-channel and off-channel platforms.

• Oversee day-to-day marketing responsibilities for multiple sport verticals streaming on ESPN+ (eg. College Sports, Soccer, Original Content)
• Manage team of highly skilled marketers, ensuring all aspects of marketing campaigns are executed in timely and efficient manner, while overseeing growth and development of junior talent
• Work closely with media teams to optimize acquisition efforts towards best performing platforms and channels
• Oversee acquisition creative across sports, ensuring that all ESPN+ sports marketing efforts are built on actionable consumer insights
• Continue to push ESPN+ marketing efforts forward, identifying new tactics to drive growth for the platform
• Define KPIs to measure campaign success and forecast performance to inform accurate planning

Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years experience in a marketing or account management role, preferably related to sports
• Passion for building holistic marketing strategies that come to life across media, creative, and lifecycle touchpoints
• Sports fan with a deep understanding and love for the game
• Extensive understanding of media strategy, customer segmentation, and audience targeting
• Multi-channel marketing experience with a thorough understanding of developing marketing plans to drive consumer action
• Demonstrated record of collaboration across complex, cross-functional teams (both internal and external)
• Experience leading multi-faceted teams and mentoring junior talent

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in DTC space
• Previous experience working in Sports Marketing
• Multi-cultural marketing background
