What You'll Do
• Actively participate in the selection and implementation of Treasury systems
• Daily monitoring of Treasury systems and processes to ensure that various file transmissions to and from the system are operating properly
• Ensure that any Treasury systems production issues are identified, resolved, reported and escalated on a timely manner
• Actively working with banking partners and with internal IT teams to resolve any issues with bank files and data transmissions between Treasury systems and other systems including retrieval of market rates as applicable
• Resolving any accounting related issues within Treasury systems in collaboration with Accounting team
• Maintaining and managing transaction mapping rules in the system to ensure that the system is accurately categorizing prior day transaction activity from daily bank statement transmissions
• Manage the set-up and maintenance of all static data elements (bank accounts, counterparties, general ledger, etc.) and configuration defaults and rules
• Lead implementation of system enhancements
• Being a subject matter expert in the functionality of the Treasury systems by developing a deep understanding of how the system works
• Developing and updating user guides, when applicable, to ensure that the Treasury teams have access to up-to-date instructions on how to perform their required tasks within the systems
• Keeping Treasury Management up-to-date on issues/challenges within the system
• Actively working with Treasury system vendors to develop an understanding of emerging changes in the system that may impact Epic's usage
• Projects and other duties as needed by Treasury

What We're Looking For
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
• Experience with a treasury management system
• Prior experience working in a corporate treasury department at a multinational company with extensive international investment/banking infrastructure is a plus
• 5 plus years of experience in Treasury operations
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Workday experience a plus
• BA in Information technology, Business or Accounting preferred
• At least five years experience with Treasury system implementation and/or Production Support required (Quantum, Wall Street, Kyriba, etc..)
