What You'll Do

Based within our International Finance Team, we are looking for a Payroll Manager with strong experience in UK payroll (incl. Processing Inhouse). This role will report into the International Payroll Manager, and be the Assistant International Payroll Manager for the Payroll Team. You will run monthly payroll, ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policy and procedure, and payroll tax obligations. You will resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions. In addition to this, you will oversee systems, process payroll changes and keep compliant with relevant laws and internal policies and liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits.

In this role, you will
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policy and procedure, and payroll tax obligations.
• Supervise and coach payroll team.
• Oversees systems, platforms and suppliers that process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments).
• Coordinate timekeeping, and payroll systems and timely processing of payroll.
• Collaborate effectively with Human Resources (HR), Benefits, Compensation and other teams.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare internal and external reporting.
• Manage the Outsourcing and Insourcing of Payrolls (focused on the UK).

What we're looking for
• Excellent knowledge of multi-location payroll procedures, taxes and related laws.
• Recent UK Payroll Processing Experience (within the past 2 years).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Solid computer skills: MS Word, Excel, (Workday, ERP's, HRIS, etc).
• General knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance in various regions/countries.
• Possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree or other degree in accounting or business related field.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• 5-7 years of experience in Payroll with at least two years in a Manager capacity.
• Certified Payroll Professional, Fundamental Payroll Certification, or Payroll.
