Role Summary:

The Production Coordinator is focused on the administrative, notes and distribution lists in production day-to-day with the creative crew. Aiding in filling out trackers, milestones for the Production Manager. Working closely with The VP of Production, The Line Producer, Production Manager, Creative Producer, Assistant Production Manager and Creative Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising internally with Producers and other support staff.
• Taking detailed notes during production meetings and distributing for the productions you are assigned to.
• Ensure proper documentation is being completed and collected during production and records. This includes guild/union documentation, contracts, required materials for tax credits.
• Preparation of documentation, for example, deal memos, guild/union paperwork, etc
• Distributing scripts, as they are amended.
• Liasing all clearances with clearance house/lawyers
• Distributing links for approval at all stages of production when requested/required by Producers or Production Management team.
• Double checking that the distribution lists are going to the correct people
• Complete Production expense reports for productions you are assigned to.
• Ensuring production materials are properly organized and archived on the shared computer drives with sign off from the production manager.
• Providing general support for a production's Producers, Directors, Production Management and eOne Executive Producers & Producing Supervisors/Partners.
• Providing other administrative support for each production to which the Production Coordinator is attached.
• Other administrative tasks as may be required by the Producers of the production or VP of Production.
• Liaising with Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure all paperwork requirements are met.
• Being meticulous, checking grammar, spelling and detail oriented with all tasks.
• Attend weekly production meetings (on shows assigned), records when possible, vendor meetings.

Role Competencies:
• 3+ Years of animation production as Production Coordinator
• Detail Oriented
• Must be able to multi-task within the animation pipeline with volume
• Deadline Driven
• Organizational skills a must
• Must be able to work in a team situation
• A high level of proficiency in Word, MS Outlook, Final Draft, Power Point and Excel.
• Must have initiative, flexibility, adaptability, common sense, resourcefulness and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to problem solve quickly.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot
• Ability to prioritize and handle last minute changes, e.g., to scripts, production schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Proactive
• Bachelor Degree in Film/TV or equivalent
• Team Player
