Position Summary: This role is responsible for supporting the Entertainment Division across all areas of the IT portfolio including Infrastructure, Support Services, Business Solutions and Application Development, with a focus on managing Technology projects, monitoring service delivery, audit/policy internal controls tracking and risk reviews. This role is hands on, working with a variety of stakeholders both inside and outside of IT to meet service delivery requirements, creating the appropriate documentation to support various processes, and collecting and documenting annual audit evidence.

Key responsibilities:
• Entertainment Division's primary internal contact for IT, working directly with the global IT Security and Compliance Team to collect the necessary artifacts in support of the annual audit.
• Support the Entertainment Division's IT department in the execution of monthly and quarterly reviews of user access and offboarding.
• Work with IT and Business teams to remediate any findings from the annual financial audit process within the agreed to timelines. Attend all PMO Gating sessions, PRC and Triage in order to provide insight and advice on Change related items, including financial audit related risks or concerns.
• Create and maintain Entertainment Division IT-specific Policies. Review all policies annually to be sent out to the Division for review.
• Manage and maintain Entertainment Division IT Risk Register and facilitate closure/risk reductions with the support of the broader team. Present Risk status at Quarterly Management meetings. Meet regularly with the Risk and Assurance team as part of the Risk Register maintenance.
• Management of the Change process – continuously improve, maintain, and provide guidance to the IT team on the Change Management process, as well manage the weekly CAB meeting and ensure all changes are managed accordingly.
• Manage and monitor the annual Disaster Recovery test, including arranging each site's Disaster Recovery setup, the Business Side testing and IT side testing. Gather all testing results into final documentation to be signed off.
• Execute Technology projects to supplement existing IT project execution resources based upon available cycles. Work primarily with the Technology team to execute projects within the Infrastructure and Support Services areas. Includes project planning, task management, and creation of project deliverables (e.g. process documentation, system diagrams etc.)
• Other duties as assigned based on business requirements and evolution of the role

Qualifications:
• University Degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years' IT Service Management experience
• 5+ years' experience with/exposure to audits of IT processes and general controls
• ITIL certification an asset
• PMP certification an asset

Travel Required
• Some travel may be required from time to time.
